Publisher shall not be liable for any cost or damages if for any reason it fails to publish advertisement. Advertiser and their agencies assume full responsibility for any claims arising from their ad against the publication, it's staff or suppliers.
Terms: Invoices payable within 30 days of billing date in U.S. funds. 19% annual interest charge on invoices over 30 days. Rates are net and non-commissionable. Mastercard, Visa or American Express accepted. Advertisers requesting a cancellation of contract will be rebilled at full rate for ads already published.
