Combination weighing has been around for some time now, and has generally been associated with free flowing products that are easily vibrated.
At Starflex we have taken this several steps further, and we have concentrated on achieving the same results, but with non-vibratable products, such as fresh meat and fresh fish.
The conveyor fed weighpans, and discharge methods employed by the ‘FLEXWEIGH 12L’ design, not only enhances product flow, but also offers low drop heights for the gentle handling of breaded/battered products, or products that bruise easily.
A major benifit of the ‘FLEXWEIGH 12L’ design, is the ‘tool less’ quick release contact parts, conveyor belt removal / replace, and plug in weigh heads.
