ROGERS CORPORATION WILL FEATURE R/BAK® SA 2000 CUSHION MOUNTING TAPES AT LABELEXPO 2011
Rogers, CT, September 16, 2011 – Rogers Corporation offers a broad range of cushion mounting products for flexographic printing for the label market, and will be exhibiting its full line of R/bak ® SA 2000 cushion mounting tapes at the upcoming Labelexpo Europe 2011, 28 September – 1 October, at the Brussels Expo (Stand #11S110).
Every print job is different and R/bak cushion-mounting materials offer various compressibility levels to accommodate a full range of printing applications. The unique dynamic performance properties of the SA 2000 open cell polyurethane mounting tapes absorb shock better, which contributes to improved operating performance through faster startups, higher line speeds; fewer press adjustments and less damage while still providing award-winning print results. In addition, the SA 2000 products include a poly coated paper liner and differential acrylics adhesives in a special construction designed to provide easy handling and long-lasting performance in any printing environment.
Rogers will also exhibit its range of R/bak PSA2 Thin Tape series of cushion mounting tapes. These rubber based adhesives offer the highest adhesion and shear properties in comparison to acrylic or silicone. They are best used in printing applications that are susceptible to UV and elevated temperatures.
